Reliance Jio is just stepping into Artifical Intelligence group and has launched world’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI) based brand engagement platform – JioInteract.

JioInteract, Live Video Call is where users can chat with celebrities and soon to add video call centres, video catalogue, and virtual showrooms. It can be a tool for movie promotion as it is doing with its Live Video Call service.
Amitabh Bachchan has been roped in to detail how Jio Interact works. Live Video call will allow Jio and other smartphone subscribers to make a video call with Amitabh Bachchan anytime during the day, starting on 4th May 2018. One has download the MyJio app to access this feature. On the app, there’s a JioInteract icon where users can start the video call and chat with the Bollywood actor.
Relaince Jio says that JioInteract as VCBaaS (Video Call Bot as a Service) which uses multimedia capabilities along with AI and video call technologies.
