Voter List Name:

The Election Commission has made a mandatory rule that your name should be included in the vote list.

If your name does not figure in the voter list and you have the identity document prescribed by the ECI, you will not be allowed to vote.

Download Digital Voter ID Card:

  1. You need to visit the official website of Election Commission https://voterportal.eci.gov.in or https://nvsp.in/ to download Digital Voter ID Card.
  2. Register or login to your account in NVSP portal.
  3. Note that you must have an account to login.
  4. If you do not have an account, you can create an account with an e-mail ID and mobile number.
  5. After creating an account, you need to enter some details.
  6. After entering all the details a login ID will be generated. Now login to the portal.
  7. After login enter the EPIC number or form reference number and select the state.
  8. You will receive an OTP on your registered number.
  9. Enter the OTP and you will get the option to download e-EPIC.
  10. Click on Download E-Epic
  11. A PDF file of Voter ID will be downloaded.
  12. You can save the e-EPIC or print the ID card.
