Book Aadhaar Seva Kendra appointment, request reprint online. Check details

Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) on its self-service portal offers a variety of services such as basic correction and updation of information as well such as address update, correction in date of birth, name, gender,
locking and unlocking of Aadhaar biometric authentication, etc., that you can avail online. 

Last month UIDAI tweeted saying, "UIDAI-run #AadhaarSevaKendra now open all 7 days. These centres have the capacity to service up to 1000 Aadhaar enrolment or update requests per day. Visit an #ASK today to experience Aadhaar services in a state-of-the-art environment."

Given below are few services that you can avail of online-

1. If you wish to change or update your address, you can do it directly with the valid documents or with the address validation letter. There is 'Update your address online' service on the official website of UIDAI. By entering your 12- digit Aadhaar number or 16-digit Virtual ID, captcha, one-time password (OTP) you can log in and make the relevant changes.

2. You can book Aadhaar Seva Kendra appointment to avail of Aadhaar services. From the 'My Aadhaar' tab go to 'Book an Appointment'. Under the header 'Book an appointment at UIDAI run Aadhaar Seva Kendra', choose 'City/Location'. Now click on 'Proceed to book an appointment'. After selecting 'City/Location', a new page will open. After selecting 'City/Location', a new page will open. Three service options such as 'New Aadhaar, 'Aadhaar Update' or 'Manage Appointment' will display on the page. Once you have filled up appointment details, personal details, select the time slot to book an appointment.

3. Under the 'My Aadhaar' tab select 'Order Aadhaar Reprint'. Enter your Aadhaar number and other required details, give your current mobile number of verification, make payment and get SRN. After this Aadhaar Letter will be delivered to your address.

4. If you are yet to receive your Aadhaar, you can check its status online. From the UIDAI website, select 'Update your Aadhaar' from the 'My Aadhaar' tab. To know if your Aadhaar is generated or not enter your enrolment ID and security code and click 'Check Status'.
