What Is E-Pass On AarogyaSetu?
E-pass is nothing but an electronic pass, which will have basic information like name, company name, validity, and location. As of now, the app claims that an e-pass can only be used for essential supply purposes and misusers will be punished.
Every e-pass on AarogyaSetu will have a unique ID comprising of alphanumeric digits and this unique ID is considered as the e-pass number. The pass will be valid in select location and it will be issued by the respective state government.

My parent's are staying alone in their house at Rishra, Hooghly district of West Bengal. Age of my father is 85 yrs & mother 78 yrs. I am working and staying at Durgapur, District- Paschim Burdwan of West Bengal. If I want to visit Rishra from Durgapur with my own car for providing medicine and other essential commodities to my parents who are staying alone at home, what will be the procedure for getting pass after post Lock down period to visit Rishra from Durgapur and return back.
