Every individual wants to drive his/her vehicle. In India, in order to drive your own vehicle, you must possess a driving licence. Driving your vehicle without a driving licence is considered a punishable offence.

According to the Motor Vehicles Act of 1988, no individual shall be allowed
to drive a motor vehicle without a driving licence in a public place. It will be considered as a punishable offence. People earlier considered applying for a driving licence as a tedious process. Things you must keep in mind before applying for a learner's licence

You must be above 16 years of age for two-wheeler licence and 18 years for four-wheelers.
It is only after 30 days that you can apply for driving licence after learner licence has been issued.
Learner's licence holders have to apply for a driving licence within 6 months after learner's licence has been issued.
