How to Activate and Disable Protected View in Microsoft Word

Microsoft Word will come up with Protected View Feature which is mainly used to protected most important files from the virus and other malicious malwares. Protected View could be triggered to save users devices and their files from malware attacks where it comes as a security feature.
Protected View feature could be activated in the normal or the users can just enter into Edit Mode to enable more options from the Microsoft. Here are the steps to get activate Protected View in Microsoft Word.

1. Open New File in MS Word and create a Document
2. Click on the File Menu -> left side bar -> click ‘Options’ at the bottom
3. Options windows -> Click on the Trust Center (on left sidebar of the window)
4. Trust Center -> Click on Protected View -> Set required Protected options as your wish
5. Once your done and wanted to opt out of the option. Uncheck All Options of Protected Mode - Check OK- Disable the feature.

ShortCut :- 

Step 1: Start Word, click File and then choose Options.
Step 2: Click Trust Center and then Trust Center Options.
Step 3: Click Protected View, then disable (uncheck) all three of the options listed there.
Step 4: Click OK and you're done!
